can we advertise a in game PvP tournament in our signatures? and can the tournament be held on our Clan Page?

Well... advertisements are tricky, the rules are a bit picky. Forum users CAN advertise with their signature, given it still stays within all of the rules.... but even then some types are still forbidden. Um... I'm pretty sure a link to your siggy to a PvP Tournament ad is alright. S'long as theirs no profanity or anything like that anywhere in the link.

well its linked in forum, here, to be more specific, this place

So can i have a signature that says something like "PvP Tournament, Register Now" or something like that and link it to my clan page?

Since it's a link to another section of THIS forum, I suppose it would be perfectely alright. You can't have a signature with something like... "This is an ad for Soandso! Click Now!!!", but you CAN have it linked into a siggy, like say your current one.
