Dear AQW staffs and members, I am a 3 months old player in this game.And i really have some payment and techinical issues with the game and am not able to see or get any help help from the in game itself. 1st,i encounter a bug which i wasnt able to log-in properly and browser is always crashing. I tried to get help from the "Report Bug Button" but it leads me to a forum where i cannot post cos i have to register with some Artix thingy.And when i did what i was told,it tells me i cannot post untill a few days later. It was a month ago since that and it has equates to "No Help" from AQW. 2nd,i have a payment issues now. I have been paying thru MY credit card since the beginning of my game. I was introduce to another type of payment called Cherry Credit last month. i have had a few successful transaction with it and i find it good, as even tho i need to pay little more thru cherry credit,i can budget better. It is only today,that i encounter an issue when i try to make my purchase again and this time round,i see the below : Error Connecting to Cherry Credits Exchange: ERROR:System Maintenance Gateway Service Unavailable. This error messsage occured when i was on my way paying thru the AQW site. This time again,i tried to find a link to get help from AQW and sadly,like the previous time,i couldnt.. as all links given doesnt offer help of any or an email link or any which can offer an answer even if it means waiting for a few days/weeks. I have been searching for the last 2 hours. What i am trying to say in this thread is, AQW are having "buttons" that says it can help(eg,Report Bug Button,Technical issues button or Payment Help Button),but at the end of day,DO NOT. Most of such help "buttons" leads to FAQs. And offer no mailing back to a solution. i played a handful of other online games too,and its is the 1st time i feel that the game(AQW) itself are "Pushing" its problems and issues away,as i believe thru creating links that dont serve its right purpose,Techinical and Customer support Team gets zero or very little feedbacks. Try clicking Techinical help if u have techinical problem,try clicking Account help when u have Acoount issues and try clicking Payment Help if u have payment issues. They all lead to only one place. Frequently asked Question or Frequently encountered Problem with no link or email for players whose issues/problems are not in one of the FAQ or FEP. I tried clicking on Contact Us button later and i end up having to hand-write my issues to the below address : Member Services Artix Entertainment, LLC P.O. Box 2005 Land O' Lakes, Florida 34639 I sincerely hope whichever AQW staffs reading this will take this mail/thread seriously. The AQW team has done a really good job having all the events and new quests on a weekly basis(that is a lot of hardwork) But i feel the issues i posted in this thread are most likely to drive away paying players,like myself away from AQW.
