With everything a cyber has (Resist +11 armor, static charge, ,malf, emp and more)
I think other classes don't have much chance when fighting a Cyber with emp. Mostly mages will have an issue with the +11 resist and malf Cybers have but mostly, I think a cyber is too powerful when it comes to emp. I think there are very few mages, blood mages, mercs, bounty hunters and even tactical mercs who can win because a Cyber can tank and wait for static charge and heal to be ready while using emp to make sure the other classes can't do the samething or do more damage.
So I think Cyber is a good class but emp ontop of the other skills a Cyber has makes emp OP on Cyber hunters.

I don't think this is the right place for this post, Balance Discussion Thread could of been better,
but i'll try to make it clear for u, that other classes can be OP also, CH class got nerfed already, reduce the energy regain by nerfing static charge and reducing mineral armor (also for TlM)
For TM, the class got nerfed, so i doubt that TM can keep up with CH more, but BH/BMs are doing well with str builds, Merc, it's more powerful with the new skill (Adrenaline) but it's still at the bottom,
and you were talking about a "build" one build which is Tan build with 5 focus (not necessarily) with high EMP, (this is my build xD) check out here to see How it works
You can change ur class to BH or BM with str build so u can keep up with this build... and i don't think nerfing it is necessarily because this build is hardly keeping up with the juggernauts battle mode...

Many people think the class was UP because their Static Charge is blockable and they have no 100% working passive , but SC makes up for the lack of a 100% passive , plus they have EMP anyway so it was fine when their SC got fixed ( that is , when it first came out , it was very UP , but they got fixed later on ) .

Strenght Cyber Hunters are overpowered with Static Charge and Emp Grenade Unblockeable. Tactical Mercenary needs intimidate again ;)

WE ARE NOT OP I lost 35% fights today, one vs. lvl 30 bm with a bit of luck....

 CHs are not OP, it's Plasma Armor which makes them OP. With combination of Plasma + Dex + EMP, you can get Tank Multi build with good EMP and repeat it. Only problem with that strategy is Plasma Armor which allows CHs to be OP. If you have anything constructive to add, there's Balance Thread instead for it. Although CH discussions are common in the Thread so you can read through them - saves time to repeat same thing as we might've already answered it there.

They never even had intimidate. Only Mercenary and Blood Mage has.

 I think Cyber Hunters, like any class, can be beaten easily if you find a build to exploit the gaps in their armor. As long as you have a good set of physical items I find them challenging, but not impossible.

This should really be in the ED Balance Discussion instead of a thread of it's own :P.

Poizen i think u are really new on this game... CH are not even close to be an OP class... play against full var str blood mages and then come here and create another post "BM's OP" ok? pff

You can do good damage on a str BM and they have to hit and shoot you with good block and deflect chances. There is the loop hole there and a Cyber Hunter most likely will have higher dex and tech.

I even think if static charge didn't do damage but always works and they couldn't have emp would be way better.

Their ability to tank while replenishing energy is the main problem They can hold their ground while getting more energy for either a heal or that massacre they want.
