Npc's not resetting?

My Npc's aren't resetting ready for the next hour, is anyone else having this problem or know the cause? if not then i'll post this as a bug

I think i'll wait untill reset to see if things change, if not ill report :) thanks for confirming this for me

Remember-NPCs outside your level range now have infinite challenges per hour. Are you sure you are fighting NPCs that are within your level rage (give you credits/exp?)
