I'll be buying an AE Upgrade Card tonight just to have this, even though i'm not a mercenary. #RareCollector

Why would the game promote this item in the first place? The weapons that are being released now are lv 35 and this one is a lv 32, why are we downgrading? This axe compared to the infernal slayer is like comparing the night and day, the stats aren't bad but the players know full well with this war at hand better weapons will be produced. If they wanted to promote a weapon they should've made it lv 35 with 35 stats.

 Because not everyone are Level 34. Since new Exp curve, it's much harder to Level up hence more players - like heck, even Staff said before - are in middle-Levels which is between 20-30. There's no problem with it since it's most likely permanent item with CVS Card which is simply Upgrade Card like others.

I thought it was obvious in the first place but people surprise me, still.. e.e

 @Angels, think about the Level 28-32 players, who may want it. As higher levels may not have much use for it, the lower levels will, certainly my level 28 merc, would make a fine addition to his scare inventory.

We didn't design the Rx for Destruction to be a "Best-in-Game" item, but an item that would be useful to a broader range of players. Many people buying with the CVS card will be first time buyers and likely not at the level cap. It will be very encouraging for those players to have a powerful level 32 level waiting for them as they punch through the challenge that is 30+ dueling. I'm sure many high level rare collectors will also enjoy it for its exclusivity and above average stats for its range.

Yeah, is it a CVS gift card or AE upgrade? And by the way, what are the stat requirements for the weapon?

Some are saying CVS, and others saying AE. I don't want to buy the wrong one.
Please inform us. :) Soon if possible.

EDIT: Just got the Rx for Destruction in EpicDuel & AQW :D

 @Vendile, it is the Artix Game Cards, which can be purchased at any CVS store. (Not sure exactly what CVS is as i don't live in the US.)

 @reyes, yup. As long as it is an Artix Game Card from CVS ( http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/user/home/home.jsp)and buying points, it is fine. Also, maybe call up the store before visiting to make sure they have the cards in stock.

 Reyes 89, This is an exclusive for CVS®, and the code will be associated with only CVS® stores that contain the Artix upgrade cards. Digital X provided a url to the homepage, and use the store selector to find the nearest retailer.
Also follow Digital's instructions in calling the store to make sure they have the cards on the store shelves. This is a new outlet for AE cards to be sold, and this promo is to get the word out that CVS® is now selling them.

Target® is a different company, and as of now, there is no promo attached, so obtaining a Target® bought AE card will not unlock this AE exclusive.

Hey, i just bought 1 artix upgrade card from CVS, how do i redeem it and get the weapon, do i just redeem it and log-in then the weapon will be in my inventory?, thx :D

i just redeemed it, and i haven't use the code, so if i choose the 3 or 4 keys whatever i can get pyro bot and the promo weapons?

Its a sword, not a club you don't need to be a mercenary to equip it :)
