the suggestion im making here, is more of an art than it is coding. so its very plausible.
the idea is simple,
its to have different styles of art for headquarters depending on the lvls.
the higher the lvl, the better ur headquarters looks.
this would make a different in terms of a faction being lvl 1 or lvl 12.
and as a better reward for a lvl 12 faction. think of it as a way of rewarding that hard work and dedication from the faction for being here for years and reaching that high point.
think of the headquarters as being the faction's rank symbol. (like commander, and emperor is to players) well the way the headquarters looks would be decided by the lvl.
another headquarters improvement. is the first screen of the HQ.
there should be an option to allow non faction players in that first screen only. (similar to how u can lock a house to urself, friends, or to the public) this would allow a faction's friend to come in and hang out in headquarters. but only for that first screen. the should also be an option to lock everybody out except faction members.
this would make headquarters a good hang out spot for faction members and their friends.
Faction Item shops by lvl.
another good suggestion for faction is to have shops based on a faction's lvl.
for example: u have several items.
the higher ur lvl, the more items u unlock. this would encourage factions to not disband and restart later or faction hoping.
so a lvl 10 faction would have certain weapons unlocked. but a lvl 12 factions would have more items unlocked than the lvl 10 faction.
making factions more important in the game to players.
plus would reward high lvl factions for their hard work, effort, and dedication.
