Photastic, a render is explained on the first page its simply an image of the character you want without a background. Its usually a .png like this image: http://opendir.thijsd.nl/Anime%20Renders/BlackRockShooter.png

I'm gonna start with my own background instead of just "White" that okay? One more thing, I also need the dimensions for your banner. Once I get the dimensions I'll start on it.

Render is not the image size, its the character or main image you want in the sig. Its on the main page. Also I get a 404 on the image you chose.

Okay, since a few of you still are not getting what rendering means, look at what I have done.

The green chroma key background is gone and as you can see, I have added a few things to it to spice it up (like a while glow around the character)

@Winged can you just make it 500x500? :O cuz me and my friends are going to make a website and they want a logo but they don't know the dimensions so can you just make it 500x500.

A logo? So do you want the banner transparent? Logos are mainly emblems or some kind of design with a transparent background. Get back to me on that.

I couldn't fit all of the renders in so I chose the one that had the most potential for a good sig; and I ended up choosing Blaziken.
I started out with this size because it's easier to make the effects. However, you won't be able to use this one on this forum but feel free to use it elsewhere.

And then I cropped the original image so you can use it on this forum. But a lot of the details were cut out; if you compare it, you can tell. I never really liked AE's forum signature standards anyway, but here you go!
