More connection lost and all servers refuse to let me in. Any main reason why?

Well I know I had a similar issue a few weeks ago when I started playing again. Your old username no longer allows you to login, it's now your e-mail.

It didn't do anything... just says invalid user or password.

Well I haven't got any disconnect. but i believe it might be from ( browser Cache ) Try to clear your cache after every update and it should work fine.
or try to Re-Install you Flash Player and try using different browser to make sure that it's happening in all browsers.

Weird, I can only login to Legion server but cant get in Exile or Epic. Win much?
