As for an animate sig, its a bit more harder to explain (the best I can say is that you need a program that let you animate things like sigs that you have been seeing, which I have a feeling that it was one of my sigs that I have been making for people),
So if you want an animate sig, let me know, if not, you be able to make one yourself or request it in an Art Request Shop if you like also ^_^
