Heck, most skills are best left at Level 7 and no higher (With the exception of Passives) so if we had all our skills Maxed, I would be paying 31 EP just for a DM and 60 EP just to Massacre. Plus, Max skills have higher requirements which means less choice for our stats. Then there's always agility. I personally don't like this and I don't think it will make the community too happy.
