You will need to put restrictions on the party that is being formed:

[b]Who to "goto":[/b]
[b]Server:[/b]
[b]Restrictions:[/b]
[b]Time:[/b] (If applicable)
[b]Goal:[/b] (If applicable)
In restrictions if you want people to come with a drudgen you will need to put it, however that will not guarantee a person will join but it gives the idea of what person will need to bring to the party.
If it's solely to meet the person and not farm with them this would be the template:
[b]Reason of gathering:[/b]
[b]Location of Event:[/b]
[b]Who to "goto":[/b]
[b]Server:[/b]
[b]Restrictions/Rules:[/b]
[b]Time:[/b]
Same thing applies here, reason of gathering "To get drudgen quest". Restrictions "Must have drudgen".
