Since we gotta post feedback here, I'll post it then and may be a bit long.. xD
Positive points:
Introducing the new NPC 2v2 fights was great! Something good instead of fighting just players and you had chance to get into 1v1 too, with a NPC which was also something good for a change.
Items were Credit-only and Varium-only which gave everyone something to fight for. Every shop unlocked has had items for everyone and 2 different types to pick from which is definitely good to motivate players to farm and play more (during the War).
Duration of the War was also good. It may seem to drag towards the end but it's perfect place to farm Credits due to the Gem drops, and Grenades being drops also gave everyone a chance to get War Hero or achieve higher War rank.
Grenades costing more was definitely good move since it's not P2W really, so PvP players had pretty much equal chance to those wanting just to buy Grenades since they still had to fight before getting to the Vault.
Achievements were also nice for those who have fought in the War. Big boost in Rating Points and it's pretty good to have a Rare cheevo too, to prove you fought in the War at least. Same can be applied to Influence Rank cheevos too.
Winner side as well as Losing will get cheevos for fighting in the War, great as a reward even for losing since both sides fought well.
Negative points:
AI was a bit off at first, a bit too easy at first which was fine but much stronger later on. Why is it bad? Unfair match-ups were also issue for those who were underlevelled and fought higher Level Bots which put them at a disadvantage.
Lack of low/mid Level versions of items was a pity too. Not everyone is top Level to get the items (31+) and mid-Level would be nice such as Lvl 20-25 items since it's easy to get there and players should get hang of the game as well. Would also motivate them to fight more in the War for shiny items.
Perhaps way Vaults were done.. Should've started from 65M and go down to 25M. Motivation at the start was much bigger with 25M so 65M would've been better at the start + it'd make sense that Vaults are getting weaker as we break through them until the Final Vault, not stronger. Perhaps the tide of the War would change.
Lower amount of missions as opposed to Frysteland War.. *this may change if there will be Missions after we break through the Final Vault*
Overall, I've enjoyed the War. There were minor issues with is for my main character such as AI or match-ups but it didn't stop me from fighting. Looking forward to next War which should be even better. :D
