Legion 4 lyfe!! Mostly just because any game that lets me choose the evil side is going to see me join it. Why? Because there are soooooooo many games that force you to be good. I like to have a choice in the matter.

Exile, because where ever there is evil I will be there to fight.
Evil only thrives when good people do nothing, evil will always
lose in the end because they lack conviction. Evil is like roaches in the presence of light they
run for the cover of darkness. :-)

Good or evil, it didn't really affect my option. But the idea of being on the side of those who got exiled and try to survive and take back what was theirs, is much more interesting and badass than wanting to enforce order.

I dont usually want to be with the "good guys". Usually they are way too good and pure, which is annoying, or their sense of good is corrupted by being conservative, and blind.
And the considered evil, are usually the misunderstood ones, the outcasts, and they are just trying to have a place in the world, even though it seems evil from the point of view of the good guys.

I remember when in my first days I thought exiles were the revenge seeking bloodthirsty bad guys fighting the Order. The colors of each allignment confused me a little. "Blue? Shouldnt it be the other way around?"
But then I learnt and read the lore.
Anyways... I hate when the blue and red color define good and evil. I almost went to legion just because of exiles symbol. Its way too "good" and it looks like an angel. The Legion symbol reminds me of Blood and Blades.
But then I decided. Im going to stick with Exiles despite of the symbols. Their side of the story is much more interesting, and open ended. I want to see them thrive!
Im tired of the stereotypical good guys. The exiles may be the good guys here, but they sure are different.

And the Exiles are much cooler in terms of looks and style, in my opinion. And it suits so well a bounty hunter like me. :)

Exile because most of my friends are Exile and the faction I am in is Exile :3

I chose... well i didn't choose. I was legion first, then I noticed my legion factions kept going inactive, so I joined an exile one. It went inactive.

I was introduced to EpicDuel by my 8-year old great-nephew and his 9-year old step-brother last Thanksgiving. After dinner they wanted to play online and to show me this great game they were playing. I got interested, and ended up opening my own account.

When the Frysteland War started up, they wanted to join an Exile faction and fight for the Exiles because "The Legion was killing baby yetis!". They had no varium to start a faction, and for safety's sake their parents did not allow them to chat so they couldn't ask for invites. So I founded an Exile faction, made them officers so they could invite other friends they knew IRL, and let them fight in the war.

And I have been Exile ever since.

Helios' Faction (Legion) just happened to be the first faction to invite me when I came back to ED

I used to be exile though so I'm doing a little bit to help them in this war.

At first, I only fought for the Exile side for the reason that they were the ones who accepted me...

And then there was the Frysteland war. If legion won the war, they would devastate multitudes of cute things.
And thus my loyalty to Exile was strengthened, and I fought as often as I could, sometimes grinding for 6-8 hours a day.
Although winning would have been nice, seeing that we were always behind is what fueled me to fight so hard, thinking that if we all just fought a little harder, we might have stood a chance. I have always enjoyed rooting for the underdog, knowing that your head could very well be on the chopping block makes things that much more interesting.

I do have one character that fights for legion, but it only makes sense, seeing how she is based on my patron troll, that happens to fancies law and order...specifically the part that involves the gallows.
A cookie to the first to guess who that is :3

I was a legion but during the frysteland war, I decided to join the exiles because I didn't like the way the legion treat the yetis. I even don't care if our leader is a noob(nice, outstanding and open minded beast) but this time I wanna be a good guy.

My main char is Legion, not because red is better than blue or that they are "Evil". Just because there are evil leaders, doesnt mean there are no good guys in the Legion. I imagine my character as a faithful legion citizen who trained as a bounty hunter who thinks that Exiles bring chaos by demanding freedom until that Frysteland war when Legions were killing little cute yetis. Oh and he also decided to stay in the Legion as an inside man for the Exiles. :D See? Not all people in the Legion are bad.

Exile.

Why? I've always been die-hard Exile player. 90% of all of my wins have been gained in Exile factions. However if I had known how the Infernal Saga was going to turn out, I may well have joined a Legion faction for the duration of the War.

Legion. I'm a chaotic good kind of player, and so will do whatever it takes for the greater good of the people, no matter what happens to me.
Course then again I like red better than blue. :P

I chose Legion coz, uh, My first faction that I joined after I took a break is a legion faction, so I didnt new that swearing the legion would be forever. lol

I've been thinking about the storyline, and it does not appear to be as "black & white" as I thought.

Baelius is the emperor of Delta V, and the Exiles are planning and carrying out a coup. From Legion's perspective, Baelius is trying to restore order to the chaos caused by the uprising, protecting the citizens from the fiendish rebels. From Exile's perspective, Alydria, and all of Legion, is/are horrible tyrants. They are the magnificent heroes, fighting governmental corruption.

What do you think about this?

Also, if you're Exile, do you go on Exile server to support your side, or Legion server to find your foes? Same thing (reversed) for Legionnaires.
