For Blood Mages how about an energy version of Reflex Boost that improves with support, increases tech but increases resistance like E shield with the percent of energy return starting at 15%.

Got your attention didn't it.

Since the increase in resistance among players so either the Plasma Cannon needs to increase the chance for a critical strike and/ or the amount of total resistance it ignores but keeping the damage potential the same. The other option a new skill similar to one but new and improved that Blood Mages can call their own.

 Carbon copy of a skill, not sure if they are allowed here as well. And no. Increasing Tech AND resistance same as E Shield? That's a major overkill already, Tech boost + E Shield's Resistance is too much, and you wanna get 15% EP back on hit.

Not supported since it's overkill already.

Trans, don't really care if you support it or not and if you have anything better to suggest than suggest it instead of constantly putting down others ideas.

It would not be a carbon copy of a skill but the energy side of reflex boost, that improves tech not dex, with increasing resistance just as good as E- shield, then have improve energy regain starting at 15%, since the Blood Mage is and Energy based class and they will do nothing about EMP or Atom Smasher.

You complain about getting 15% back on hit what happens when reflex boost is on you only get 15% back at any level so it is alright to get 15% back with one skill but it's not OK to get energy back with another skill.

 No you don't get it. And I'm just giving feedback as a community which we are all members off. Tech boost + Resistance ~= to that of E Shield is overkill. That is OP so I'm giving you feedback. Tech already raises Res, no need for even more since it's OP.
