I hear a lot of people are having a problem with the newsletter giving out Power Gems, that they aren't receiving newsletters or something like that. It'd be really helpful to have a forum so that players could help each other solve little problems with whatever, or talk to people who have a similar problem.

For example, I found out a reason people might not be getting their newsletter is because they haven't updated their email yet.

Just a suggestion.

We had a forum like that, but it had a tendency to become overrelied upon -- people would post in it even when they were already well acquainted with the Q&A forums because they were hoping to get around forum rules about certain topics, or because they just didn't feel like looking for the right forum section.
