Quest Level is too high

The quest "God Prefers a heretic" is too high for my level (27) and it says I need to be 30, I don't think I can reach level 30 before the rares go away so if you could, please lower the quest down to 25-28... Thanks.

You need to be Level 30 to accept the quest, he says.

Hello Aqworldthunder,

I', sorry to hear you can't get the Blueprint Scrap from those missions. However, since the items are Level 3t5, you couldn't use them anyways. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble, but they won't change it because it's removed next update.
