Just to start yes i have the right account info for my account, and i only try once a day, every time i click the login button it says "Your account has been locked due to a number of failed login attempts. Please try again after 10 minutes." so i do try again once and it says the same thing as it did last time. Now i love that the game is keeping my account safe for me but i would really like to play it too, because if i can't play it, it's no good to me. Can anyone help me plz.

I'm not sure which game account exactly you are referring to, but a good place to start is the Account Help page located HERE.

It's the generic page for Artix Game Accounts; there are links at the bottom of that page for specific game contact mailers. Also, you can try the Help Page for whichever game your account is locked in; just go to the game's main page and look for the "Help" link off to the side of the page in the Support section. I'd give you a specific link, but it will be different for each game.

In the future, you are usually better off served checking the Q&A section of the forum for the game you're having an issue with; this particular forum is really for forum-specific problems and not game-related issues.
