Okay here is both a bit of good and bad news from Lycus is a very similar topic. The last bit is the good news quote:
EpicDuel is an online MMOPvP game, that runs in your Web-browser, it was created to be played on PC's, not phones nor tablets. If your phone or tablet supports it, then that's great, but as NDMallet explained a bit on, changing it over isn't that simple, both formats have different pro's and con's. Adobe Flash is the program in which the game is coded and created, it's the program that all of Artix Entertainments Online Games use, because it is the most secure, and flexible for what they want to do. Translating the whole game to HTML5 not only means every release would have to be coded in Flash, then translated, then all the bugs created by the translation fixed. The potential of updates that brings up major issues, and other potential problems. That put with it presenting security issues, among others, it has the potential to cause major game breaking breakages in the game. Saying that Flash is dying, I have to disagree, I know for a fact that it's still extremely strong. I don't have Flash Player added on to my FireFox, and I can't do much at all, since so many things require flash, visiting a large majority of webpages, videos, some pictures, games, and a lot more. The reason Phones have stopped using it, is because Flash requires a lot more power than a lot of phones can provide. Flash is a much more powerful code/format than HTML5, phones usually can't handle Flash with their processors, so companies have started adding automatic conversion of Flash to HTML5 to some of their phones, to allow the phones to cope with it. Usually this doesn't work with games like EpicDuel, or any game like that, it usually just works with videos and a few other features. We understand that people may love to play EpicDuel on their phones or tablets, but for now, all I can recommend is an app called Photon for iPhone/iPad that allows you to use Flash while browsing through it, and it isn't very laggy at all, it's mainly depending on your internet. As for other phones/tablets, then good luck finding something to allow you to play it. Since ED was created to be a PC game, it was not given any more support for mobiles than Flash does, and because it's not simple to change this, it is unlikely for this to change anytime soon, but potentially some time in the future, it could be looked into!
