[b]Personality:[/b] Anubis is sentinel, and doesn't have much of a personality. He is very vicious, and often times volatile. Because of this, he is very distant. Victor is shown to be the only person Anubis doesn't show his anger towards. He is beyond the abnormal levels of violence, and comes on par with Stein on terms of causing destruction.

[b]Background:[/b] Anubis was a royal Pharaoh of an ancient, long lost Tehrt dynasty. He was a very murderous ruler, and was killed by his own people for doing so. He was buried in a hurried pyramid, and his spirit grew with intense violence and hatred. It wasn't until four thousand years later that he broke free from the Underworld and manifested in a spectral mummy form. He is credited with destroying the dynasty at the time: the Un-Ryak  dynasty and the murder of Un-Ryak XV. 

He is also credited for the resurrection of the Tehrt Pit Dragon. Anubis remained a major threat to the Tehrt Hyimon for over twelve thousand years, and combated the Lich-form of Un-Ryak XV. Soon, after the lich-Pharaoh was defeated in combat Anubis absorbed his life force and left the carcass within the castle basement. Soon, fate came to Anubis. He was captured by the Magical Council and was transported to the Hyimon Division building. He was tested harshly on. He was rendered powerless due to the anti-magical fluids pumped into him, and accepted fate.

Not to long after Victor Stein came upon the building and destroyed it. He freed Anubis and the two have been partners since.

[b]Image/Appearance:[/b] He has the appearance of a thin, lean humanoid mummy. However, his skin is entirely composed of bandages. He dons a black and gold Pharaoh head-dress (minus the nose and mouth pieces), with deep menacing purple eyes. The glow between the bandages is also purple, prompting others to believe he is hollow inside, which he is. Also he dons a skirt-like piece on his waist. Although his body is bandages and spectral aura, he appears more unearthly. His hands have the appearance of long claws much similar to a knight's gauntlet. His feet are also pronged. He has black and gold bracers and greaves, which stretch quite far to accommodate to his lengthy size. 

[b]Abilities/Skills[/b] 

[u]Four-Points Pyramid[/u] - Anubis calls on the mystical power of the Great Four-Points Pyramid. His physical power is abnormal despite being hollow and filled with only spectral aura. He can lift up objects and beings twice as heavy as Victor. 

[u]Spirit of the Nile[/u] - Anubis gains incredible speed, even onto the point in which he appears to be teleporting from one location to the next. 

[u]Shield of Horus, Armor of Anput[/u] - Anubis is immune to light and darkness.

[u]Sand Manipulation[/u] - Anubis can warp and control sand to his will. He can even become sand himself.

[u]Desert Tomb[/u] - Anubis can swallow whole groups of enemies inside a swirling sand vortex he creates.

[u]The Curse[/u] - Most normal beings, such as humans, cannot inhale Anubis' spectral aura. It will turn them to dust if they inhale too much. If they inhale regardless their bones become brittle like sand.

[u]Sands of Time[/u] - Anubis can regenerate body parts destroyed by most forms of destruction. Fire is his only weakness.
