Um, see the existing 'Pedia entry. The weapon only boosts 5 turns worth of attacks. It's not for the rest of the battle.

If you somehow don't attack for 9001 turns in a row, then yes, it would do ~9001% damage. But that means 9001 turns of not attacking.

Huh? The boost only gets stacked if we don;t attack? Then what's the use?
Not for the rest of the battle? Awww, but evenafter 9001 turns shouldn't it boost an extra 90010%? Or is that only 1% per turn(UP? )

The "over time" boost increases regardless of whether or not you attack. But you only get 5 turns worth of attacks. So if you want anything higher than a +5% bonus, then you have to not attack for a turn.

And it's only 1% per turn.

Also, if the monster is bleeding and the special occurs, the special does a lot more damage than when it is trying to bleed the monster.
Edit: Just a pure guess, but I think the special before the bleed is 10-30% (just a guess) of what a normal special does and then the special after the bleed is just like what a regular special is.

I believe Trench Axe Series should also be placed at the Element Shifting/Seeking Category. Since it shifts between water and energy.

Actually no it doesn't. The Element Shifting/Seeking section is only for weapons with non-toggleable abilities. Such as the KuBrush where the element is random. The Trench Axe series is element selectable and they belong in both the water and energy sections respectively.

Void Vanquisher's ability is definitely toggleable, as is Duality. Not to mention for Ranged weapons Splitrend Lances, Nightstalker Crossbows, Super Crossbow and Arctic Tempest series. Just sayin'.

Horo-Show Void Vanquisher doesn't deal one of the standard 8 elements when toggled so it technically counts as seeking. Duality belongs in there since while you can toggle the main attack the special is still random. Same applies to SplitRend deals Light and Earth damage on the special so it's also another special case. Nightstalker belongs there because it seeks when triggered. It's also listed in the Wind and Earth categories, again it's another special case but it's in all 3 sections due to its nature. Scratch that I forgot it costs SP. The Super Crossbow doesn't belong in that section so you're right about that one. The same applies to the Arctic Tempest series. They don't belong there either.

On the hydras bite writeups above it seems like the standard attack damage dosn't follow the usual pedia layout. On the 145G version it says 13-37 but should be 13-50... right?

Lots of weapon specials deal two or more elements of damage, e.g. Frigid Spires. But since the weapon itself doesn't have two elements on its normal attack, I'm not sure if these count.

    LIEZ. It gets the *(85/81)^2.

    If I said anything like that, the I meant that it's currently bugged and SHOULD be *(85/77). But the difference is so small (0.25%) that I'm too lazy to change it unless there's something else wrong with the weapon.
