@above: It's listing under Element Shifting/Seeking section since you can switch its element though special remains the same. It's not listed under Light either.

You can click on it to switch it to a different element. The different element depends on what season it is in real life. So it changes on March 21 (beginning of spring), June 21 (beginning of summer), Sept. 21 (beginning of autumn), and Dec. 21 (beginning of winter).

Summer - Fire. "The axe is empowered with summer's blazing heat!"
The Special can Burn the monster*. It can resist with a save at a -10 penalty**:

Minor:: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK
If it fails, then the monster becomes Burned (1 round, power 2.5*1.1/0.6 *(# of hits connected)/2).

Autumn - Wind. "The axe is empowered with the deathly howl of autumn!"
The Special makes the enemy Panic*. There's a save each turn, which starts with a a +0 bonus:

EDIT: Yep, thanks to below for noting that it does void. Whimsical also pointed out from the info sub that it does half damage to compensate for the void damage.

Grows more powerful as you use it - killing monsters and absorbing their souls and whatnot. The bonus is +10% *[soul count]/25 damage. This applies to all normal player attacks and weapon Specials.

The [soul count] resets on login.

Click on the... coffin? That thing in the centre of the axe's head... to see how much charge you have.

hmm.. i dont know if this is already known, but Zhilo's axe is not counted as an axe when you use Zombie Tested Axe Master Armor.

This is a bug. Normally I'd say to report it in AQ Bugs, but it's already been reported. Please be patient, and wait for me to fix it. Thanks! ~IMR
