is there a reason for the spoiler tags on all of the new rewards and quests that came out today?? a change to the format i may have missed??
Rewards will be enforced with the 24 hours spoiler tag rule with immediate effect. This change is now reflected in the AQ Encyclopedia Standards & Guidelines. ~whacky

I don't mind having a Nightmare Eukara with BTH equal to its Power Level :D

Well, let's see... the Lv144 version would have the equivalent of +108 BTH, so it deals 85/193 = 0.44 damage. Sounds fair! XD

Or I could just fix the BTH. ~IMR

The sellback for the Rock LobZard (135) is 4,077 tokens rather than the 5,825 written.

Next time, please link to the item in question.

Z-token prices are tracked and sellback price is based off the original price you bought it at. If you bought it when it was at 11,650 Z-Tokens, the sellback will be 4077 Z-Tokens - Dragoon23

I'm not getting the Choke at all, despite being in the full Twilight Set (with the exception of Forgotten's Ghastly Totem only). Is it bugged?
I tested it with and without the set weapon for a total of 225 turns and the pet never choked; I'm reporting it as a bug.

It should now be fixed. Thanks IMR! ~Koree

Indeed. Though.. I'm a little uncomfortable with the quotations that appear, though. It uses the pet's (re-named) name.

Attack #1 is the breath weapon. It does one hit of Magic Water and one of Magic Earth. The Water hit has no further BTH mod; the Earth hit has +3 BTH and does *85/88 damage. Both hits do *1.1 damage.
Attack #2 is the bite. It does one hit of Magic Earth damage. It doesn't have that multi-elemental thing anymore; that was all put on the breath weapon.

All hits do *1/1.5 damage, instead of the usual way that "# of hits" affects damage. Y'know, just like it was like before.

Also, it doesn't seem like the giftbox pets attack 100% of the time. Not sure if it's a bug or it's just "charging up" for a stronger attack...

Hulk Shogun & Ansatsu

(I just fixed some bugs, so log out/in.)

You have five options:

1) Hulk Shogun attacks by himself, for four hits of Ranged Fire. This costs [Price1] gold and [SPCost] SP. It deals *1.2 damage (as a bonus for the gold). It has +5 BTH, and deals *85/90 damage.

2) Ansatsu attacks by herself, for two hits of Melee Wind. This costs [Price1] gold and [SPCost] SP. It deals *1.2 damage (as a bonus for the gold).

3) Both attack together. This costs [Price2] gold and [SPCost] SP. All hits do *1.4 damage (as a bonus for the gold).
# Hit #1 is Ranged Fire. This deals 1/2 of the total damage. This has -10 BTH and deals *85/75 damage.
# Hits #2 - #5 are Ranged Wind. This deals 1/2 of the total damage (so 1/8 per hit). Each hit has +10 BTH and deals *85/95 damage.

4) The two do nothing. They don't disappear, and they don't cost SP/gold/anything.

5) Dismiss them.

Nezujimbo (132) seems to be another powerful mercenary guest. His attacks cost both gold and SP for this version.

Attack 1 seems like a powerful Melee attack and costs 680 Gold. Attack 2 can freeze but apparently deals way less damage, it costs 1359 Gold. Option 3 doesn't do anything while option 4 summons it away.

    1) Slice & Dice - This costs (GPCost1) gold. One hit, Melee Ice. It takes -10 BTH and deals *1.1*85/75 damage.

    2) Freezing Slash - This costs (GPCost2) gold. Two hits, Melee Ice. It deals a total of *1.2*0.46875*85/75 damage and takes -10 BTH. There's a 25% * (# of hits that connected) chance of freezing the monster. The monster gets a +0 bonus on its save:

    Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK

    3) "Nothing right now." - He does nothing. He doesn't disappear, and he doesn't cost SP/gold/anything.

  • Option 1: It takes -10 BTH and deals a total of *1.1*85/75 damage.
  • Option 2: It takes -10 BTH and deals a total of *1.2*0.46875*85/75 damage.

All this has ALREADY been factored into the above numbers.

  • Got this. Thank you. ~B

Um, I kinda cast that Exhume spell on a Zard burial ground, and now I got these things following me around. Any chance that you'll buy it off me? It definitely looks unlucky -- hopefully some of that will rub off on your opponent?

This powerful Mogboar is the same species that serves Moglin warlords as powerful battle companions. Capable of both a powerful Water buzzsaw attack, and a healing attack! Touching its tusk will switch it between healing you or attacking your enemies.
