 I've sought out ALL the minions on Delta V and defeated them. However, I'm still only showing 10%. How are we supposed to go beyond this limit? I need a moderator or admin to respond as soon as possible. Also, if any other player has passed 10%, please share what you did differently.

 Drekon, 10% is what everybody has done. We are all working TOGETHER to raise it. Its for the whole delta V. Not just one individual person.

It is a group effort not just a one person effect. We all have to get the bar to 20% before we can fight the chairman. Hope that helps.

@ Rayman for the build that I am using it does help me since I am not using a stat spamming build that plows right through them. Besides I only use it if they used energy shield.

@ Rayman It could be the unlimited NPC 1 vs 1 Bug that came with update. Anyone can do these NPC characters more then 5 times within an hour just like with the infernal war without it being random fights.

Take a look at the LB everyone on it has 100% win rate which doesn't surprise me in the least because of this bug -_-

I Know that Bug.
But that guy isn't legit for sure, He's getting way to fast wins for a lvl 8, what npc is he killing? the only way to do that is that he kills the lvl 1 npc but it won't count to record.
And Over 113 Wins and still lvl 8? or 110+ wins is fine for being lvl 8?

The guy has 100+ wins and is at a low level. would it be a little far fetched to think that he started as level 1, and used the NPC to level grind? it will work for him all the way up to level 7 then he would have to switch to the level 7 NPC

All of the ebilcorp npc's drop them but I don't think they will drop if you fight a npc that is not within your lvl range.
