It add 5 def and res and have a curse that each time somebody strike u it reduce the chance of block by 1%

no that would be overpowered, so defensive builds just spam shield and they could have a higher chance to hit after.

That would be a cool armor but i see some problems. think of it this way... Your facing a Strength building Bounty hunter in three -four turns your dead. smoke, gun, stirke, massacure. if they hit you all 4 times, even if you survived afterwards, would give them 4% less chance to block. this will do next to nothing for you because they can still strike you even if you could not strike them before. I cant really tell how bad tank building would be after bringing up what i just did and because there is an overall CAP on chance to block and be blocked. i have nothing to say about it being over-powered
