so long as black dragon changes to something better, or costume variant, I'm sure ppl will drop the $ needed to get it, maybe they should just make black dragon knight simply because

They planned to increase the health cap at a later point they haven't had a reason to so it hasn't happen yet.

Very nice, he doesn't like to use those special instant killing staff cards. I've seen all the staff members but never fought one unfortunately (or fortunately?).

Farming in Nightmare dungeon when BAM this appears and I am scared. I was actually doing pretty good but I couldn't get any shatters soon enough so I lost but I think if I encounter it again with Frost Dragon at a higher level, I have my best chance of killing it.

First move should of been empower the 300 into the 600 for 900 damage then put up the shield and wall.

@Gorillo Oh I did but Shatter is so much more efficient and it takes so long to take into effect that a good first hand would be like 2 shatters 1 ice wall, or 2 ice walls 2 shatter, or even 3 shatters and a shield. Although the last one would leave you pretty squishy. Next turn is optimal for the attack cards and empowers, take down the shields with my ultra-efficient thrash and bash while the shatters come into effect. Hopefully by then it would be around 2k or less health, but that would be a good first four turns or so.

Not really; with the native shields, DoTs, and energize, you can set up a decent defense and offense that you can keep up over time. Of course it's better at a higher level, but it can still do well at that level. I recommend something with iron hide though.

 I killed my first (and possibly last) DFR with a level 2 or 3 volt engineer xD

I forgot whether I used CC though

Every time I face DFR it charges for a turn and then plays a Corruption, so I'm behind to begin with so by the time I get some defense it just destroys it with its 2000 damage card. And then it pokes me with 500 attacks until I die. But maybe I just have really bad luck, who knows.
