Well, especially in my factions and other factions they have a goal they have to meet like 200 daily influence. So why not have a little goal thing added to the faction page when the founder can change what the daily influence a player gets is and at the end it sends a report to the HQ who and who didn't meet the requirement. This can be used by high-lighting the persons name in the faction a certain color that only the founder could see Etc.

It would be hard to implement, wait... VERY HARD to implement...
But if the devs try hard enough and get it done, it could be a very helpful and useful tool!

Yes, because progress bars make me feel better about how I'm not filling it up.
But really- then you can tell how much you've progressed.

Just a member,but supported.

It could possibly keep members on their toes since if they don't meet the requirement (hopefully it will be within reason for all) they would be more likely to get kicked.The past few factions I've left was because members including officers were offline for nearly a month which helps the faction in no way whatsoever.
