Hello everyone , I would like to suggest some ideas that can fixed them UPed builds .

1) Make Multis do 75% damage on 2v2 but put it back to 100% if used in 1v1 - I don't see a very good explanation why they were nerfed on both fights though , I mean , some of them already have slow progressions but now they're nerfed once more?!

2) BH Skill Tree linkage --> My idea ( below )

Field Medic -- Cheap Shot -- Smoke Screen
| | |
Energy Blood Lust EMP Grenade
Shield | |
| | |
Multi Shot Reflex Boost Stun Grenade
| |
Shadow Arts Massacre Venom Strike ( still linked at RB )

Now lemme explain why I suggested this : RB gives you access to 3 skills that which most "carry-like" builds rely on , and yes , including STR builds . They can invest points into both Mass and SA simply by putting at least 1 point into RB , thus they can skip the "useless" ones . Plus , it's luck-based so it won't hurt wasting 1 - 2 points just to access to a sorta-useful skill , now would it ?

3) Or ... just buff the other builds! - 'nuff said .

^ the first one no need for it beacuse not many bh or cybers use multi anyways.

and the second one no need for that beacuse bh is already owning everybody and this would just help them to win more so your giving them more skills by adding this RB? how will this nerf them?

The first point is completely invalid anyways. Because all multi's do 100% if they only hit one target. So 1v1 would be 100% and if you kill an opponents partner in 2v2 and then use it, it will deal 100%.

Edit: forgot to mention that it's 85% damage if it hits two players, not 75%.

@gangster You have obviously never seen dex abuse hunters have you... stuck inside your BM 5 focus and strength builds :/

Not exactly a huge nerf , but apparently , just a slight change , and oh BTW , SA and Venom are already linked at RB , so apologize if the first post confused you .

Sorry i missed the post , but i thought they made the Multi's deal 75% damage on all sides ( i remember that they decrease it's power that the Devs said "75% Damage" but not specific on where it will work ) .

Multis actually deal 85% on both enemies or 100% if there's only one left. It was buffed up from 75% sometime back since 25% less damage was too heavy.

Personally I would like to see multis do 100% damage when playing 2 vs 2 like they used to do when i first started playing this game. It made no sense to nerf them whatsoever, and I hardly every see anyone use them at the higher levels with the exception of merc and tech merc support builds. However even these are rare.

Yeah , i didn't also see a good reason why they did that either . People will say "they're too strong in 2v2 when you spam their improvement stat" , but i'll say , "Why are they called 'Multi skills' anyway?" .

Me either, multi skills were weak since the beginning oh and doing that also they encouraged the use of strenght builds, so multi skills need a buff is funny to play against support mercs, maybe dex bm or bh.. i changed my support build for that reason and because support did not longer improve the heal

Multi skills shoul be back like they were in the past 44 energy 100%

@Above Agreed since hybrid armors has been used from the majority of players the armors expect more dex/resist which make it tough for players to beat in 2v2 and multi kills were a benefactor to working in teams this should been more effective.You have my support as a fellow Merc from 3 years ago.

I agree with the above persons' statements. Multi skills are supposed to deal decent damage in 2v2.
