I only just evolved mine with 10 SGs, should be evolveable.

Buying any package of SGs gives you founder, right?

How are people saving up this much gold? I've been playing a little while and am up to like 200 gold -- but I'm seeing things in the shop that are worth 15k gold. Is there something I'm missing? :(

If you're new to the game, it's harder to obtain gold due to having lower level characters.

The oversoul wiki explains this well.

The main way to earn gold is to fight in battles. The amount of gold earned in battle victories is not a definite value and a battle loss will award you with less gold. The minimum amount of gold received is 1 and the maximum amount can be determined by the formula:

Max. Gold Gained From a Victory = (Opponent's Level * 20) - 1

Another thing to keep in mind, is that everything currently available in the store, can also be obtained in the wild.

I'm pretty sure the max gold formula is actually (opponent's level x 10) - 1 though, I've been through thousands of battles without ever seeing more than that.

We don't know specifically when, just soon according to the homepage. I'm not sure how you'll get it, but Revontheus did say

The front page also says that she's promotional.

So I guess both of those gives us hints that it'll be a package character that you get for buying SGs. However, that's only an assumption and there's no sure answer for now.

In addition to what our archknight/ninja just said, it would also be wise to note nulgath's words, where he said that the current packages are gonna stay for a while..(not going anytime soon)

I've been hunting for the Poison Drake for awhile now at the Rocky Pass and haven't seen a single one yet. Is the wiki correct in its location?

People have found it there before,but it's a rare find so it requires extreme amounts of luck to encounter it. I have yet to meet one myself at both known locations.

I tried but I can't encounter the snow patch area anymore. It seems to have went poof with the new map updates, I'm assuming here..
