I think the chance should shift slightly more in favor of the amount of support. My example? You have 117 support, a decent support build. You're opponent has 66 support, generally a 5 focus build. Take 66 and divide it by 117, generally giving 66/117. You obtain 56.4% You gain a 57% more chance at going first than your opponent. Say you were level 33 and they were 35 take the lowest again, 33 and divide by 35 (33/35). You obtain 94.2, which is 95% rounded up. Take the support advantage (0.564) and add the level advantage (0.95) You obtain 1.514 Now divide 1.514 by 2 since they are tow numbers. The number you obtain is 0.757.. So, with your support and level advantage, you gain a 76% more of a chance to go first than your opponent.
