We already have a 2 for the price of 1.
It saves us already $50, how can you still want more?

I actually like the idea, it keeps them very exclusive and only for the hardcore gamers, they should get a reward and this is that reward.

Golden yeti aint so exclusive cause you exclude players that doesnt buy varium from competition no matter of their skills.
Its 50% pay to get. Its kinda like buying yourself that gold olympic medal. Yea... just my opnion.

got mine! :P plus I'm still skeptical about the fairness of the tournament... I doubt I will win unless something like less that 100 buy it but I would love to have the yeti it stinks if it revolves around wins...

They should put a poll where how many ppl have the Golden Yeti ticket and for future tournaments, there can be polls that show participants for other tournaments.

Personally, there should be 100 tournaments and everyone whoever has the tickets can go into the tournaments. Winners of each tournament can't participate into other Golden Yeti tournaments. So you can participate as much as you want until u have the Golden Yeti or there are no more tournaments for u to participate. If you lose, u can't reenter either.

 @Astral Fury: People have been looking forward to having an ED tournament since even the alpha testing stage, so I don't think many people will disapprove of the tournament. Plus, giving everyone a golden yeti would make the "golden" part of this super-rare pretty much worthless, since it was so easy to get. I'm glad there's actually a competition now, because not all rares should just be obtained through buying var and promos.

Wait so your telling me i have to spend 50$ to get a gold ticket really? Thats total bull i spent all my points on the 19th to get delta knight and the release was rescheduled that is bull crap if i have to buy a promo Pack just to win! Whats the skill in buying varium for the ticket when some non var players are way more skilled than the var players

Ithought omega was supposed to be making it equal for non vars and vars and then they do this?

Not a good start in my honest opinion And im a varium player. Not happy

@above just because you are unlucky enough to get a varium package before this was released it doesn't mean you need to use bad language, don't you read the forum rules? and seriously who would want to select delta knight with 5 keys? platinum's pride is way better.

and im sure there will certainly be a silver to all gold, meaning that if there is a gold ticket to winning a exclusive prize there will most certainly be a silver ticket to win a not so exclusive but a prize thats worth the time spent. but there will not be a gold ticket for sale in-game because it is part of a promo package and the devs confirmed that omega related promo items are not going to be in-game.

If you're not happy, please don't take your anger out on the Forums. Punch a tin can or something. That's what I do!

I am excited to see the outcome of the tournament. I am definite that the Yeti will look the same as the other Yetis, just the color change. As I posted, regular payers will have a lot of advantage over this. I just hope that it is kept fair.

I keep thinking, "what is the tournament gong to be?"...

Edhyt: trizzy, I like the idea of silver yeti. Only for people who don't have the ticket thing.
