 The necromancer is fan made and not by staff so the Rune color does not have any meaning to it aside from the artist wanting it to be that color.

Hope you guys know that the Necromancer was made by Migo, who isn't an actual artist for the game. Just a talented flash artist who does AE based art. So the purple circle doesn't actually mean anything xD

Haha sorry. Congrats on such a high leveled FC though! I'm only Level 10.
And I suspect the staff would want a few more days off, so I'm not expecting an update until New Year's.

I just took a look at that new fan-made necromancer design. That person should think about joining the team :o

I thought it was going to be a future release xD

EDIT: Just my luck ._. I ran into ANOTHER Posion Drake at the Rocky Pass this time. WOW.

^Considering it took me like 2 weeks just to spot a Drake, I shoved a Soul Gem down its jaws the moment I had him.
