just out of curiosity... wth are you guys talking about Omega coming early? it been delayed twice, on top of that, no updates, nothing.

lets wait another two months and have all the changes in omega at the same time not a partial release

However long it takes to have Omega in FULL, not missing parts , would be fine by me.
Bugs and complaining happens when those scrapped ideas to save time come back to bite you in the future.

I am completely prepared to wait for as long as it takes. go on devs, take your time,take as much time as u want to give us that amazing release. I'm ready to wait as long as u want so the release can be tip-top and you can perhaps add those features you mention you had scrapped.I'd rather wait an extremely long time for an extremely good release than get a rushed version with so many bugs and lag -.-

one thing you guys forget is that, the don't have to release everything at once, as a matter of fact, doing that makes it way more difficult to fix problems that might arise. If you ask me Omega should be released as a series of updates. On top of that the can always add more features when the release it. So no waiting 2 more months for omega to come out is not reasonable at all.

no content release for more than 1 month, no design notes for nearly two weeks, the dev's are spending quality time with their family, most of the players are upset with the delay, no info about the tournament. in two words, "SEEM'S FAIR".

Just release the new enhancement system so I can stop fretting over my 135 ep bh, and we can enjoy a few weeks of OP stats before they reduce stats :3

I guess it will be released on January 11th (Next week).
If it was released this week they were writing a new DN.
Good luck and Battle On to the Developer, Testers, Artist, Programers, and anyone else who helps to get Omega ready for us.
So far, the delay on the release helps me prepare for the release.

And yeah, i honestly think that removing enhancements is one of the most extreme situations, and full refunds should be given.

Let me explain why the devs use twitter more than the forums. The forums are what they are called, the forums. Forums are where users create threads to discuss the game, suggest, ask questions, etc. A dev needs to read ALL of this, in order to be caught up in what they reply to. Twitter is a simple 140 character update that the devs can have open in a tab and check every few hours. Extensive forum checking and replying is hard while they develop. Also, I'd like to say that RabbleFroth, who is one of EpicDuel's coders, consistently posts on the forums with 100% accurate information. The fact of the matter is that it's not that they just don't want to post, it's a matter of time. EpicDuel's engine is literally getting re-written, which is taking so much time that posting a big reply is sometimes difficult.

 @Helios I think you need to look at his posting habits against other AE staff members of a similar position to gauge that comment.


Anyway finding any time to post during an undertaking such as remaking the game is impressive in my book because that is using your time , break or spare, to work from a different angle which is talking to us

refund agreed, but that deosn't mean refund all of our varuims/credits spent on enhancements, directly for example you spent 10k var on enhancements, they will give it you all... maybe giving it back to us, undirectly, for example, have a special amount of points as a refund on the new systeme or something else... at least, we feel like we didn't waste our credits and varuims on nothing...

As much as you say, "They are ripping us off, They are stealing our money..." they are not. I also don't like this idea but EpicDuel needs a change.

You had your fun. Now, its the people with no Varium or enhancements' turn.
Do you get a refund if someone steals your caravan?

@above only if you purchased insurance, but there is no insurance in ED.
malicious neos is right, we variums had our fun of making non vars punching bags so now it is time for some fair gameplay while variums still get little advantage over the non vars with the exclusive promo specials.

... i'm just pointing out that his analogy is inappropriate within the context of ED.

I don't understand why people love to criticise those who are asking for refunds. In all fairness, no one ever told the players that enhancements had a specific time frame. Having said that, let's not jump the gun and critise features of which no information has been released yet, shall we?
