@Fallen Crest: LOL I think about it the same way you do. All those characters that have unblockables like Earth Wizard and even FC don't have enough of it to win. As they scour their decks in search of one they are just about as good as dead because of the Shatters. Fire characters are the only real ones that can stand against them because they can constantly draw them and where they don't, they have powerful fire balls to weaken defenses.

And holy crap, that's what bird-boy looks like when he hatches? I vote that next year, the new Rev Apprentice form should look like that "Revontheus:Rebirth" pic.

@JMagician: I wouldn't just say Fire Characters.

Founder Champion can also easily defeat them, even without using an unblockable. Champs can easily overpower them due to their High Damage cards.
Also, any damage the Champ takes is healed by Greater Heal. It just all depends if you get the right amount of firepower in your hands to defeat them.
This is all according to my own experience with Champion, in which I've had no trouble with any ice characters.

 well now that the defense is capped at 20 i think it evened things out better. also counter atks completely ruin ice types. just keep stacking up ur counter atks on them and they will be defeated also from personal expereince my level 10 poison drake holds up quite well against counter atkers and ice types. multiple poisons break down shields and go through counters. with a poison drake u can actually make it so it does 5 poison for 2 turns (15 damage) start with 20 shadow and 3 poison. use three poison get 2 energy + 5. 7 energy. get new cards 12 energy. use 2 poison for 5 poison 2 turns. when u get in the loop of multiple poisoning they either have to keep shielding (giving u time to do other things) or atk (and let the poison seep through and hurt them)

@Fallen Crest: Well I never have any luck with my FC ._. Personally, I feel that fire types are the only ones that can beat them. (which is quite fitting if you think about it )

@aleony: Me: Uses Void Reflection
Opponent: Boy and I thought I was going to go easy on you *Discards all cards except Shatter and tanking cards!!

Poison Drake I haven't really tested out on Ice types but I can really see how it can mess them up. 3x Poison is a shield breaker! ! xD Plus it has those Iron Hides to keep safe from Shatters.

@Aleony: To add to that, Founder Champions Retribution also goes through counter attacks. I learned this recently with a Black Dragon's Void Reflection.

I'm going to promise you this, Founder Champion is easily the most well-rounded character in-game atm.
It can stand up to any type, any character, and sometimes, any level.

Yeah, Counter Attack loses badly to Ice xD. Also speaking from experience. My Jack Frost just stacks Shatter and Frostbite against a Counter.

I have used a similar strategy with Vampire Lord against them as the Poison Drake one, except with Mark of Death instead of one Poison. It works pretty well for me.

@below: It'd be better without IMO.; Void Reflection just gets in the way, an Ice character is not going to have 13 Shadow.

As they said, if Xmas Fiend retains his Void Reflection, is Jack Frost still a better option? :/

 @fallen crest really? thats awesome. my kinght is only level 18 cause i dont get much computer time and fort he last week ive been on vacation and the internet keeps fallling.
@jmagician shatter can be dealt with u just need to use neutralize very early on i faced a level 20 barb when my drake was lv9 i won only due to the fact that i had used neutralize on my 1st turn and i iron hided her shatter and let my poison kill her. i see how freeze and shatter combo will be difficult to mess with but there are ways. also if they go down the shatter and freeze path then neutralize will be good cause they will freeze u and increase the amount of energy u get each turn not to mention that with high energy u get the ability to use life drain which gives 3 hp back which is actually kidna useful.
@soOmeone when card customization comes i think void reflection can be fitted in. possibly with ice.
where is everyone? what server

I still think that Xmas fiend is the better ice character in game.
EDIT: Also shadow characters with 3 poisons(Poison drake), 2 poisons(VL, VK, etc..) are good to kill but not as good as fire.

@aleony: Well Iron Hide is good against Shatters but not nearly good enough when there is a freeze combo involved. I learned that first hand when I battle Asuka's Cosoma. And the energy gained from freeze is merely your turn being skipped. You couldn't do anything but it was nonetheless your turn which is why you get energy. The healing is good but from something as costly as Life Drain you really have to choose between healing yourself or sustaining your life (which is the better choice imo).

@Lemonus the problem there is..unless you charge to 19 ice and 14 shadow which by then your foe would get a ton of damage to the point void reflection does nothing to help.
it would be best to keep it as it is until you can start off with a higher base charge.

also im bored :( i still need snow ninja and earth fairy. dont want to sg them. ive been doing snow ninja this whole time but trying to level founder knight to 20 with only ice monsters have been annoying so far.
is it void reaper?
