Father Hour, that you can buy, is Master but he evolves into Father Time which is of Legendary status.
You still have to grind the 20 levels but you avoid the 4+10 for vet+master by buying the character.

Yes, Father Hour (in shop) is Master...I don't want to train up 20 again

I hope we get XP Artifacts soon....

If he can be found in the wild and be captured using only 1 SG then no, he isn't worth buying.

I'd assume he'll cost some SGs to evolve to Master, otherwise I doubt they'd put him at that high a price in the shop.
I don't know but from past examples I'd wager a guess that his Master evolution could cost 5-8 SGs

Young is mostlikely light aswell (he will turn into GF 13 next year Rev said)
