Just because they didn't win this time doesn't mean they won't win next time
The point of the contest was uniqueness not how good your art is

Nulgath said he will do more of these contests in the future

Take your concept and strive harder. I know the disappointment that you are going through, but wouldn't this be a way for a new beginning in a new contest? If you didn't win this time then strive and fight to the top in the next one because even though I didn't make it to the finalist, I've started making new concepts, designs, and stories for the next one and so far I've made 2 more characters out of the original 5 concepts that I'm still working on.

So until the next contest, fight on!

you know, I always forget about that, next contest I'll definetly put my pic again, but now I don't trust the next contests anymore, I'm already prepared for future dissapointments, but still....that jack flame.....its bugging me, unless it got Nulgath a brainstorm and he is gonna make some awsome art, I'll forever want to tear apart that pic.

love zeusters concept, the only thing is that i think not everyone will take the time to read it, but everyone please do.
its easy to see how much time he put into this, the least you could do is read it and then decide what you vote.

Do all of you guys have knowledge with Adobe Flash?! O_o I have a hard time coloring it in with that program so I resort to paint tool Sai.

 well, if you want to know, you dont have to make the pics in flash (or even digital art), you can see how some of the winners were regular pics, sketches or even a description in a text. ^^ Now, if you're interested in learning how to make flash pics, I can't help, I used photoshop to make mine

I also wonder if anyone liked my character ^^

Really? Can you post a link? I use photoshop for spriting jobs like this:

or if I feel like it then something like this:

Gilgamesh

I sorta want to do it in Flash so it would look better, but I might have to resort back to Illustrator for better effects than Photoshop.
