I voted for the scorpion character :)
And I'm checking the Skexis mountain place at the Central map for Gramps. Maybe he felt like staring at the moon and pwning paladins.

If you guys don't mind this will most likely be my entry for the next contest: Mysterious Blader

Short Story: There are many assassins in lore who get hired to do rich people's dirty work, often going undercover during the mission. Well it seems there is another who takes the meaning of 'undercover' to a whole different level. The Mysterious Blader's true identity has remained unknown since birth. All people know about him is that he was trained in the art of assassination since day 1 and leaves his mark, or question mark to be exact whenever he finishes his task. Many believe he isn't human at all. No one is daring enough to find out for the only ones who wish to even feel his eerie presence are the ones who hire him for duty.

It means my old idea still has a chance, and I have a chance to learn how to draw..in all ways and be able to be an epic entry..haha..not really.


Edit:It's really depressing when you have good ideas, but don't have the talent to make them stand out like they should.

Sounds nice, but how did she survive? How does she fight? As a princess, I would think she only knows light swordplay, perhaps some magic, but not much else. Or did she train in archery?

Speaking of which, I had better work on my character as well. Can we re-enter entries for the next contest? I feel Night and Hope deserve more chances.

@Victoria: Would make sense if she was trained in various fields. Maybe have her routinely sneak out of the castle to mingle with the villagers ever know and then before the landing of the overfiend and have those skills of stealth useful?


Anyway, I on the other hand have made an appeal to nulgath to pick the top three entries instead of two. Yeah, desperation move, but I have great faith in the archfiend's kindness.

Her Apprentice form is like Ash in DragonFable. Shes clumsy and very frail with any kind of close combat.

Her Veteran form is more suited. Shes learned to fight and can easily handle herself.

Her Master form, She's a very good fighter now. She has her old gown completly restored to its former glory and her bow/sword (I can't decide) has a family crest on it.

Yeah, 60+ votes are near impossible to catch up to, but I refuse to stay defeated. XD There's still 6 days left and a lot can happen in six days. I know it sounds crazy but I'm not giving up yet. >.< \m/

Anyways, I've thought of a basic idea. A young girl who had been born with fox ears and a tail. Her parents abandoned her, she was raised in an orphanage. She was always teased by her fellow orphans, bullied by some. She was a quiet, peaceful one, until one day the mean ones stole a knife from the kitchen and threatened to cut off her tail. Of course, they were children, so they had no idea about what they were doing. The girl completely freaked out and struggled, but they held her down and she watched the knife get closer to her tail. Then, with sudden strength, she wrenched her arm free, twisting the arm of the one who held her, and instinctively punched the one with the knife hard, in the throat, crushing his windpipe and dooming him to a slow and painful death. In addition, her tail slips out and scythes around her, breaking the legs of some of the kids. She was horrified at what she had done, and ran away from the orphanage.

I dunno, that's part of her backstory, I haven't gotten her name and things down yet. What do you think?
