Except that he never said he "saw balance", he said he thought that different characters of the same tiers should have different levels of power. There is no question that Father Hour is unbalanced, "Pactonal Knight" and Paladin (Veteran) walk all over it...

In pokemon it's actually not "underpowered", "overpowered" and "uber". It's "overused", "underused" and "uber". Any of the pokemon can easily be used against one from another tier. The tiers are just used in competitive to have some challenge.

I stated that to Nulgath on twitter that FK Master and Paladin Master have better cards than FT2012. I know some players don't see it as a big deal, but it's a big deal because it makes leveling harder and (if) you get FT2012 to 18-19 you would be displeased.

@TFP: Yeah but the trick is to not PvP with those "weaker" character. Idk hopefully there is a list on the wiki with power categories that could be played in the PvP. You never know!

@Baofect: Underpowered = Underused Overpowered = Overused and Uber is Uber XD They mean the same thing.
