Well logic states that if you want a new promo to generate revenue you don't give it out for free to people who've already bought an old product, insted you market it so that they will be interested in investing more money in your business. For example if I bought a set of skis and got ski boots for free with my purchase I wouldn't be able to go back to the store with my skis and claim, say a winter jacket, if that was the deal of a later package. No you get what you pay for when you pay for it and if you want more then you'll have to pay again, that's just common sense and good business.
