First of all, Please write here the coming suggestion in order to organize the skills which we suggest and make the reading easier.

My skill suggestion is called "Charged"
Basically, Its an attack which has about 1%-5% to occur,
and when it is occurs, the skill gaines you randomally up to 50% of your attack to your Health nor Energy.
