Before saying 'it would balance it out', better say how does it unbalance the game first?

We are talking about this armor special. Having it useable with rage only give the person a free unblockable hit when the purpose of this ability as said many times before is to be an unblockable attack that give you 25% of your opponents rage.

So explain to me how can go gain rage when you already have a full rage bar? Answer you don't so if you remove the part where you gain 25% of your opponents rage what are you left with? A unblockable hit.

So explain to me how would making this skill unusable with rage unbalance the game? When the original purpose of this skill is suppose to be an attack that give you 25% of your opponents rage?

No staff ever stated that this skill was meant not to stack with rage. So I am assuming the modification is a wish of yours.

Besides, this is posted in Balance and you're invoking balancing the armor's special. But how is it unbalanced again?
