Ya know he just posted them today that dosnt mean that he hasn't had them done
Some times they are not a loud to post the art till they get permission
But all 3 look great

And before you link me the twitter posts
Think about this
Maybe rev lied to us
He also said he wouldn't be posting any previews this week

Guys, we don't know what's happening. Rev seems to have taken a different turn since then. I don't know what the situation is there.

However, I would like to point out that if they chose to leave it out they can do that.

In the end it's Nulgath's call. Talking from a logical standpoint, if the person who originaly drew it does not like the artwork it makes sense to leave it out, since from a (and keep in mind I'm Assuming the absolute worst case scenario here) legal perspective he could claim he was unhappy with the result and if his permission was withdrawn it could lead to issues.

I personally liked Rev's version more than Vergil's....but I guess people got different opinions.

In the end,it's Milton's decision and well tbh
I don't think Vergil should have said he didn't like it
As they say"If you can't say anything good,keep quiet"
I don't blame Rev for being angry and Vergil can't really do anything legally as with all AE contests
All Contest Winners become Property of AE

I can't believe these people would COMPLAIN about Rev's re-make of their characters! I mean the originals looked good, but Rev's version isn't really worse in any way, and they had to expect some changes would be made to their character designs in order to fit into the Oversoul art style. (Or maybe it's a legal thing, where they avoid having to pay the contest entry's artists royalties or whatever to use the characters by having Rev re-draw them.)
Either way, that's ungrateful, and if Nulgath chose to not include them in the game, I'd totally understand.
Plus I voted for Blackshock's bug thing anyway.

I didn't lake the Soul Eater Fiend PERIOD. Artwork is stereotypical and overall boring in both cases, IMO. I liked Rev's more, don't get me wrong, but I didn't like either or them terribly much :|

Or we could say "If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say anything" And also he just won, congratulations, but the players are gonna get the fiend too, not only him. He is being selfish with that.

thank you riniti! i absolutely hate, Hate, HATE anything cliche! and the fiend is something ive seen hundreds of times, and ive drawn things that look like it THOUSANDS of times! if vergil didnt submit that fiend, i would have bet a 100 soulgems that rev or nulgath will STILL have made a character based on the same thing. shoot, it already looks like the legendary evolution of blood fiend! vergil should be thanking rev for remaking his work so awesome
