It means just what it says, where do you like to start when you log in? I like to start wherever the most recently released rares are.

Mirv. He has everything I need. Shop to sell off random drops and buy boosters, retrain, enhancements. Only time I move anymore is to pay my flag and maybe go buy stuff for my house.

I find myself next to M4Tr1X or the Overlord Guard because they are very useful NPCs, even a vendbot is 1 space below the guard.
