First off al, we will hear about the compensation THIS week, not next week as some peole here said.
Second of all, as Lycan. mentioned, they are not obliged to give you any kind of compensation, so you may not in any way complain on whatever the compensation will be.

So quit crying and get over it, i also spent more then 10k var in enchanchements. But I paid for the enchancements, for the advantage in battle, and I got that. And you all got that advantage too.
So stop complaining and be happy that you get something.

And if you ask me what would be a good compensation. I say like the final hour 30-50% refund.
Nothing more.

The fact enhancements are recorded - both, Credit and Varium - means the ompensation will be done in multiple ways so it won't be one thing such as Bike or achievement or whatever. Since everyone have personal record, this will mean part of their enhancements will be likely refunded in whatever currency they have used to enhance them. Of course, only items you have in your inventory not the ones you've sold. That could be one of the ways in which we'll be compensated. Perhaps we will get free skill core(s) of our choice as another way. Or maybe items like you've suggested since everyone would be able to use them. Not supporting the idea of yours doesn't mean we may be selfish but perhaps there are other ways which could be more fair, such as % refund of enhancements which could be done already (hence each player has their own record rather than giving everyone equal amount back).
It hasn't been released yet because there could be way to abuse it before it's live or because players will argue and demand more. The fact itself that compensation is being given should be more than enough since they aren't obliged to give one but will do (wise business move as well), and personal record for each player as well as every single enhancement on your items owned being tracked, means that it won't be a small refund as an apology for removing enhancement system.

No one is crying that I can see, just having a normal conversation. And I'm pretty sure no one cares if you spent ten dollars or ten thousand. They're worried about their own hard earned money and will discuss it if they want.

A 50% varium refund would be great. Or do something so we dont have to spend on the weapons already enhanced. Can't give suggestions since I don't know how the new system even works yet. I'm not expecting much but any compensation will be much appreciated.

Firstly, Who said we were crying?

Secondly, I don't know if you care about your hard earned money but some people do as you can imagine. So that is why we are wanting a little something that replace the fact that enhancements are gone. I spent over 100 dollars on JUST enhancements.

How do you know we got that advantage? What if someone just bought enhancements in December? They didn't get their moneys worth of advantage so that is not a good argument to make

On topic: I would be happy if we got 50-75% refund or free Cores for enhanced weapons

i hope the dev's could make DN's about compensation as soon as possible in order to eliminate speculations such as these. I am also one of those players who spent lots of credits and a little varium in order to enhance our items.

P.S., I really dont mind if they would not refund my varium, as long as they will refund my credits. that's more important to me right now.

I think I know what's going to happen. The people who used mainly varium to enhance their weapons will receive a bike and an achievement. The players who used mainly credits will get an achievement only.

^ yes every player in this game surely have eyes and ears but doesnt mean they have to be aware that enhancements will be removed by the dev's. Let's not prolong this issue because it will surely be removed. You can always have your own opinion but it doesn't mean your opinion is always correct and others are not. Just brought up your own, and do not mind other's because each of us has its own discretion.

you have to be aware of things if you want to stay updated and not miss out on the best of the game,

so this is a invalid excuse, if someone doesn't care about getting the latest info, it is only their fault if they choose to use something that they won't benefit from for very long.

@comicalbike when did i say the compensation will be unfair? i put all my trust into the devs as always, i have told countless others that the devs will not disappoint us, and that they will give us a compensation thats worth the sacrificed amount of enhancements.

^as much as i appreciate that u keep telling other players that the dev's will not dissapoint us, u still can't force those players to believe you coz first and foremost, you are not a part of the ED team, secondly, the dev's haven't posted anything yet about compensation. That's y i pointed on my other post that the dev's must announce it as soon as possible to stop all of this. And if they really won't dissapoint us, y not announce it already. Im sure many players will be happy to hear what they will be doing with our enhancements.

the compensation still won't be the same as a refund, varium is better than items, since you can get whatever you want as long as you have enough of it.

i know i am not, but, i have been discussing the compensation with them, i do a overall summary of what players like and dislike from their posts and report and discuss it with nightwraith, thats why im so confident, so it will be more than a bike or a cheevo.

And you agreed to the T&C which gave them the privelege to take it away when ever they want.
And you also agreed to them not beeing obliged to give you any refunds or compensations.
So you cannot in any way complain about it now, you agreed to all of this.

Even if they bought it yesterday or even today they still got their advantage,
Infact, if you have battled once, you already got the enchancements advantage.

@Azwan that makes zero sense you "consume' bananas you don't keep bananas for X amount of time before the store comes and takes your bananas back

Based on what the DN said it's making me believe that there's going to be at least a partial varium/ currency compensation my guess is the script checks your items and gives you appropriate compensation based off of what's in your inventory etc etc but that's just a guess but it's at least what I hope it is :P

@Rein Well you said it your self, certain amount of time, that time is up.

If the Devs are reading this, I strongly advise you, do not give the players their variam back. You will lose you're company money.
Remember your terms and conditions, you don't have to give refunds. Don't worry, you ain't gonna lose players. Omega will bring them in.

Not reading them technically is against the T&C because you don't know your rights but AE isn't to blame. And you accepted them upon registering, there was a box you had to tick which said if you read them. You didn't? You still agreed.
