They look nothing like a water char would, so them being water chars seems unlikely. Off topic but I'm curious as to when the Frost Queen and Goddess will be introduced.

EDIT
Neutral, or possibly fire seems the most likely.

My head canon says that Revonthurkey was Water element to compliment Bill the Turkey Assassin being Lightning element.

Red resembles fire and they both look fierce..my guess is fire xD then neutral

It might be awhile before 1 card will be released since the devs are more worried about features than cards.
