They cannot put it as 100% when it is not released.. They will only update it when it is releas/ed/ing

Hope they release it by 4:30 EST, got to head off to college and wont be back till 8:00 pm EST and want to get a taste of Omega before I go. But i would rather them have it just right then release it a few hours early to accommodate a few players.

Kinda doubt it, Knowing people, they'll log into their 10 Alt accounts and get it on every character they have which will
make the quantity last for about 1 hour tops

There should be IP restrictions (2 or 3) accounts per IP or something like that...

Well if people complain like they did with the bounty pistol all I can say is this. They were given plenty of warning just like with the bounty pistol and this time it was more then a day's worth.

The bounty pistol was an advantage for the US - all other countries had problems getting this weapon... I had to stay up till 11pm.. On a school night!

^High school can make you stay up that late every night. I think this is fair enough, just set an alarm and take a few minutes of your night to get a free item.
