mmm i remember the day when everyone was trying to obtain her but she was such a hard catch, not only that one of the only monsters back then that killed other players XD

If Yu(P4) was in Oversoul, I think he'd fit. (cards)

Lol yeah, I could remember in the very beginning of Alpha, she literally pwned me on 1st try. But 2nd try I pwned her AND possess her, AHAHAHAHA.

anyone else feel like you can cuss and get away with it on oversoul... ihave reported this same guy like 30 times now (in the corse of a month time span) and he is still able to use the chat box...its starting to get annoying to see all these valuger ppl muck up the ingame chat box...is thier ANY mods doing thier job and at least looking at those reports or do they not have a ban/mute function yet for oversoul?

Eh? Yesterday I accidentally used a bad word (I typo'ed) but didn't get muted for it. It went through perfectly, no warnings or anything. I think the mute/ban system isn't working yet.

dosent matter if he swears himself or not, thier is a differnce between cussing once or twice every 30 mins with things like "damn he is good" but not repeating the the A, F ,B, P and the other P words like this was a bar...or even to "be cool" ...its starting to get on my nervs..and the ignore function fails to work...

Sadly, the game still got people under 13 + all the AE staff probably swears sometimes when something happens.

vagaran has a vaild point...i think chat filters should be up untill your of 15-17 years old

becuase these fourms are public and some kids DO read these and comment on said fourms

It's not they're problems, I'm sure AE is not interested in getting complaints from parents to children who learned to curse through OS.

EDIT:

Chat filters should be there NO MATTER THE AGE. People still curse, even when they're 25. I can assure you it's not funny to be cursed at.

i think it is fine in small amounts and as long as it isnt ment to attack someone...i dont like sailor talk ._.

but not everyone shares my beliefs about this...and will cuss to much or go all "saint" on others about it...even priests do it once in a while...i personly would like to see the chat moderation steped up a notch..

The problem is however that some people will definitely curse if you win against them in PvP...ED and AQW is proving that.

well that is the classic CoD mentaly that some how came over to AE....if anyone wants to hear/read that kind of pewp they can buy an Xbox ._. i came to PC for a somewhat cleaner (i cant even spell the next word....ill let you all infer it)


starting to wish i applyed my self more in spelling when i was younger :l

 Oh it's fine. No one here is going to start correcting you.

But you have a point. I get called.....Things.....In game and it usually makes me laugh at why they feel the need to swear at me to get a point across xD

Nowadays, many people are swearing these and that. However, as what linklink mentioned, if players kept swearing this and that, they must be reported for continuous vulgar spamming. Even though OS was recommended for 13+ age players, we still want to ensure that OS won't end up being a game for players to swear endlessly. Using vulgar language should be limited in OS since its for 13+ players.

@asuka, it really dose hurt me deeply when i get corrected to the point i look like a dummy, and i hate maken my self look like that with my bad spelling...but it has its own flare and helped stoped a few ppl from impersonateing me in other games :P

and ya i feel the same way when they cuss in a critacal thinking agrument about some facts/truths

*sighs* i guess i was just expecting slightly better things from the player masses from oversoul seeing as it was +13 game, pewp my high expectations for things in life *shakes fist at what ever god is watching*

@mega i tend to report right on the spot of an attack type cuss word or if i see that user name with a bad phrase in it like the one we saw the other day, lols that one made me giggle, ill give him credit he was funny x3

1. correcting a person is considered spam

2. I find it rude to correct others

3. I'm sure we all had hoped we wouldn't see to much swearing in OS...but I've seen in. Even earlier I saw someone say "I got 100 characters, HAHA". They were literally competing about WHO GOT THE MOST CHARACTERS. I couldn't stop but lol'ing at that.
