I didn't realize you were talking about a high hp/high energy massacre build. That's a whole nother monster. But thats a discussion better left in the strategy thread.

He knows ^ it's just not a good idea. Malf buffed by Dex... No.

 well, If this happens, then I will go to a tank TM and overwhelm the masses. NOT SUPPORTED. If I do a tank TM now with technician, I don't have any strong attacks. If malf scales with dex, then I would actually be doing dmg with a tank TM. Also this would OP Cybers.
