 I am iffy on this as dex spaming mages and support mercenaries would be OP. How ever, I do not like to multiply decimals in my head to see if my opponent would be dead or not.

 @trifire: That's why you always play with the desktop calculator that comes with windows OS. I would be fine if it went back to 100%, but the energy cost would have to be higher than before, like instead of +12 when used on 2 opponents, it should be +16 or something. This would make it so that 32 energy on one opponent would cost 48 on 2.
