I just love how many people say getting 1 - 2 more points of HP back is considered OPed.

^That is 1-2 HP more every turn.

That is about 10+ hp per turn in an average match.

Not too powerful, eh?

Y'know. Problem could be with the game rounding up everything, instead of rounding down or up where appropriate (before .5 and after .5), so if that was fixed then the difference would be slightly smaller. Say 25% of 29 damage would be 7.25, and instead of BL giving you back 8 HP, it'd be 7 HP instead.

Of course, this may have been fixed in Omega but it doesn't seem like it.

Yeah , and gaining +6 EP/Turn isn't powerful either .

NOTE : I'm not saying Reroute's OPed .

Not supported, even if they did this most BH use a 5 focus build, that's there strong suit!
So upping the amount of tech required to use this is pointless.

Erm.. that wouldn't even be a buff to any build. Focus 5 wouldn't be affected by the change since they'd meet the requirement. Those who do not would have to sacrifice other stats (such as Strength) thus lowering their damage for some defence. Result may be the same (trade-off) but not really; preventing abuse.

17 health from BloodLust doesn't count as much as 17 energy from Reroute. Sure, you need health to live, but aside from that and Blood Shield, energy is the more valuable stat here.

losers for BH and BM are crying to downgrade the BL, 25% = 34tec and rerout 30% = 42tec ta balanced, learn to build the best char

It should have a requirement at 42 stats, but anything EXPECT str.

Seriously? BL is weaker than Reroute. There is a difference of 3%...
Anyways, it doesn't matter too much on me because I don't really use 27%, I use 25%. :D

If the requirements go up, I won't be surprised to see abusing builds. Tank builds will cope if the requirement goes 42 stats on Technology.
Don't just think of one side, think of the future as well.

You have to take dmg for reroute.

Opposite for BL.

Just change BL to 23%

It was fine as it was.

All of their posts are before the bloodlust nerf. But seriously even Rabble said it in the update that they overpowered BL too much so then needed to nerf it by 2 points. It is still buffed more then it was before delta.

I guess I need to think a bit harder this time since the nerf to bl affects me even if I'm not an abuser/copy build. I'm doing the might be the hardest par after the nerf and it is the thinking and testing.

blood lusr need 32 for 25 % this is my opnion cauze reroute is definately increase energy but if we stike opponenet then he block then there is no use of blood lust dewlok.gif]

nah i do not think it is OPed anymore, after this patch update, i can say that the game has become more balanced.

I think it's funny that they did the change I said when I originally made a thread about the buff to Bloodlust being to powerful and yet everyone called me dumb/ a whiner >.>
