 Only if you're a Support build. Just like Technician and Reflex Boost, purely for higher damage on Aux or stronger skills (Shields + Multi). Apart from that, not much use. Perhaps if Heal was scaled again someday, this would have much better use since Heal is universal and always comes in handy.
